Factors to consider when applying
- You are an NDIS participant;
- Be willing to live in a new suburb and community development;
- Prefer living independently or with a relative or friend;
- Eligible for and capable of obtaining suitable NDIS funding;
- Able to afford rent and utilities, and ready to sign (or authorise a representative to sign) a service and accommodation agreement.
